Almost two decades later, I help people feel better and live a more purposeful life. By providing easy-to-understand education about body systems, combined with wellness technologies that are available to anyone, people are able to empower themselves.

Casey Conrad has spent nearly four decades in the health, fitness, and wellness industries. A lifelong athlete, she learned early that physical vitality opens doors. Losing it closes them. Watching her grandmother’s decline crystallized a truth that became her mission: when you neglect your health, you limit your life.
Casey’s early immersion in personal development sparked a passion for purpose-driven living. Her work, teaching, and writing are all anchored in the belief that you’re here to leave the world better than you found it, and to inspire others to do the same.
Today, Casey owns and operates Make Yourself Healthy Again, a Quantum Wellness Studio in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, where she helps clients reclaim their energy, resilience, and potential through natural, cutting-edge modalities.
An international speaker and industry thought leader, she has presented in twenty-four countries, written for numerous global publications, and authored more than a dozen books. Casey holds a BA from The American University and a JD from Roger Williams University School of Law. She is certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and is a Natural Health Care Practitioner.
